2. Website Development Services

2.1 Work Not Started

• Full refund available if Ameya Web has not begun work on your project
• “Work not started” means requirements form not yet processed and design not initiated

2.2 Work in Progress

• Refund eligibility is determined on a case-by-case basis
• Final decision rests with Ameya Web management
• Factors considered include:
• Stage of project completion
• Resources already allocated
• Reason for refund request
• Client communication history

2.3 Work Completed

• No refund available for completed work
• Completed work includes:
• Finished websites pending delivery
• Delivered websites
• Implemented revisions

3. Hosting Services ($20/month)

3.1 Annual Prepayment

• No partial refunds for annual hosting plans
• Customers who prepay for 1 year cannot receive a refund after service activation
• Service continues until the end of the paid period

3.2 Domain Registration

• Free domain registration is non-refundable
• Domain remains active for the registered period

4. Custom Development Work ($20/hour)

4.1 Scheduled Work

• Full refund available if work has not begun
• No refund for completed custom development hours

4.2 In-Progress Work

• Billed for completed hours only
• Remaining prepaid hours eligible for refund

5. Refund Process

5.2 Processing Time
